Adams, President
Deborah
Adams directs all office activities including estimating,
purchasing, detailing, value engineering, conflict resolution,
project scheduling for labor activities and material deliveries,
project budgeting, job cost analysis and conducts site crisis
management for field opperations.
She possesses over 15 years experience in the construction
industry specializing in construction management, scheduling and
administration. Ms.
Adams learned all facets of the business from the ground up.
She began in 1986, working as the Payroll and Job Cost
Manager for the Louisiana-based commercial framing contractor Troy
Industries and quickly took over all accounting operations. By
1990 she relocated back to her home state California and were she
work as the full charge office and accounting manager for a
southern California based framing contractor prior to forming Lane
Framing Systems in 2000.
Paul
Godwin, Vice President
Paul Godwin possesses more than 20 years of framing experience, in both
residential and commercial construction.
He oversees all field operations and is the key executive
responsible for developing and implementing assembly process
efficiencies. Mr.
Godwin works with architects, engineers and field site-managers to
proactively identify potential conflicts and recommends possible
revisions to plans to insure resolution is sought out prior to
construction. Mr. Godwin worked for over 10 years as a very
successfully freelance tradesman in Southern California, before
taking a position as the Vice President of Construction for one of
the largest framing contractors in Southern California, prior to
forming Lane Framing Systems in 2000.
JoAnn
Shaddix, Secretary Treasurer
JoAnn Shaddix possesses more than 25 years of
construction experience and holds a class B California Contractors
License. Ms. Shaddix
directs & integrates the information systems from estimating
and bidding through final project accounting close out.
Ms. Shaddix worked as a project manager in the development
& construction of million dollar homes in Dana Point. Ms.
Shaddix owned and operated her own framing construction company in
Ventura where she completed multiple housing tracts for Brookfield
Homes Southland, prior to forming Lane Framing Systems in 2000.
